This meditation can be done for a duration of 5, 10 or 20 minutes . Determine before hand the amount time you would like to spend in meditation. Include adequate rest and reflection time afterwards.
Meditation for Allowing Dense Energies to Flow Through You
Take your time getting comfortable. Become more mindful of your breath. As you settle in take a moment to hold this intention in your mind: I am nothing. I am everything. I am spaciousness. I am the flow.
Breathe these words as a mantra. Inhale. I am nothing. Exhale. I am everything. Inhale. I am spaciousness. Exhale. I am the flow.
As feelings come up all them to be there. Imagine breathing them in and out just like the air.
Imagine them coming in and out with each breath. Just feeling and observing whatever comes up. (example: Out goes anger. In comes anger. Out goes joy. In comes joy.)
Feel each one as it passes through you. Continue reciting the mantra. Until you are through.
Afterwards, lay down in Corpse Pose (Savasana), the way you would at the end of a Yoga practice, for at least 3-5 minutes.
