Description of Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga is a way of practicing Yoga positions with a close friend or loved one in which both parties assist one another in achieving a deeper stretch. During the practice movement and breath are coordinated so that both individuals can safely explore the positions.
This practice fosters better communication between the partners who practice regularly by building trust, nonverbal communication skills, and deeper awareness of the Self in relation to the partner.

Do I need to have any Yoga experience prior to class?
It does help to have some back ground in Yoga to perform more challenging partner postures such as leg lifts and deep back bends, however, in this class we will be focusing on positions that are safe for most body types.
If you have health conditions that may prevent you from enjoying this class please consult a trusted physician before class. Feel free to email the instructor if you have any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
